职位描述: Mission of function - Recruitment; contract management; visa conducting; position evaluation Contacts (internal / external) - Internal: entire staff - External: foreigners' registration office, police department, foreign business partners, Chinese Embassy, Foreign Embassy, Insurance Company, SLCHR, Head-hunter Company Task 1. In charge of contract management and maintenance. Timely maintain and update all formal employees' HR files such as Labor Contract, and set up files for every employee; prepare labor contract and confidential agreement for newcomer, and set up his or her HR file, in order to make HR file management standardization. 2. Be responsible for recruitment. Receive position requirement form from required Dept. and get related superior's signature. After get superior's approval, contact with SLCHR, to release the recruiting information both on internal and external internet, and sort out some proper resumes then organize and participate interview, if required, contact with the head hunter company as well, for the purpose of improving recruiting efficiency. 3. In charge of writing and updating Job Profiles. Cooperate with line manager to confirm all his or her subordinates' job profiles, and do some proper adding and improving timely, then update them according to changing situation, so as to evaluate employee performance and contribution to the company. 4. In charge of visa issues. Responsible for local staff's business visa, expatriate's work permit, foreign interns' visa, and other issues related to work in order to ensure the smooth communication between company and abroad business partners. 5. In charge of process management, mainly including CHCM, GID and SCD management and maintenance. Update SLC HR CHCM form regularly, and give weekly latest CSV form. Timely update and maintain GID and SCD, apply GID for newcomer, update his or her SCD data, to ensure information of THVS employees accurate, and provide accurate reports to SLC to facilitate management. 6. In charge of compliance. Give monthly sensitive_functions_report at the end of the month, give quarterly disciplinary_sanction report. Carry out DAMEX check for newcomer in advance to guarantee our hire without risk. In charge of the evidence-uploading work related to HR. Besides that, do some other work related to compliance. 7. Based on requirements of Quality/Environment/Safety system, carry out responsibilities to meet requirements in the fields of recruitment and so on. Knowledge 1. Bachelor degree and above. 2. Over 3 years related to HR work experience 3. CET 6 or above, proficient in English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. 4. Be familiar with the related knowledge of HR and labor laws and regulations. 5. Have a good knowledge of recruitment skills as well as regulations regarding compliance 6. Master visa conducting process 7. Master MS office 8. Being proficient in SAP will be a plus Experience - Over 3 years related to HR work experience Education and Language - Bachelor degree and above. - Good English Listening, speaking, Reading and Writing.
